J.J. McCarthy found one of his receivers for a touchdown again as the Michigan offense continued its aerial assault of the Ohio State secondary. The 2nd half of The Game is looking a lot like the 1st.
McCarthy stepped up in the pocket to avoid the Buckeye pass rush on a play action pass, and found a wide open Colston Loveland for the 45-yard score to retake the lead. Loveland must have seen what Cornelius Johnson did it the first half and wanted to make some plays of his own.

Following the score Loveland quickly tried to shush the Ohio State crowd in Columbus. Nothing like a little good old-fashioned hate.
It’ll be interesting to see how Ohio State responds to Michigan’s 2nd half play.
