Kirk Herbstreit highlights Jim Harbaugh, Don Brown after Week 10 blowout

It will be hard to find a more dominating performance the one put up by the Wolverines in Week 10.

Michigan rolled into a matchup with Penn State and got right down to business. The defense set the tone early and never let up, holding the Nittany Lions to seven points and less than 200 yards of offense.

It was the latest, and arguably most impressive, in a string of wins for Jim Harbaugh’s squad. Now at 8-1, the Wolverines have a great shot and rolling to a B1G Championship Game appearance.

There’s no denying Saturday’s big win was one of the best team performances in the week, and ESPN analyst and College GameDay host Kirk Herbstreit took notice. He highlighted the work of Harbaugh and defensive coordinator Don Brown as the best coaching performance from Week 10:

Herbstreit also highlighted Michigan as the second-best team performance in the country. Alabama’s shutout of LSU took Herbstreit’s top spot:
