There’s going to be a see of maize inside Crisler Arena on Sunday afternoon.
On Saturday, Ed Kengerski — the video reporter and producer at the University of Michigan — shared an image of the inside of Crisler Arena ahead of the in-state rivalry clash between No. 10 Michigan State and No. 7 Michigan. It was a pretty cool visual.
Maize shirts are on every seat inside the arena, giving the venue an impressive glow. It’s going to be even better when fans start filtering in, and everyone is sporting their gameday shirt.

Sunday’s matchup has huge implications in the B1G, with the winner taking a half-game lead over Purdue for the top spot in the conference standings. Both teams enter the game 13-3 in league play.
This will be the first of two meetings between the two teams. The Spartans and Wolverines will also meet in East Lansing on March 9.
