Michigan will have some new kicks when it takes the field this fall.
Saturday afternoon, the official Twitter account of Michigan football unveiled some new cleats the team will sport in 2019. The Jordan Brand of Nike has designed a sleek, maize and blue cleat that should pair nicely with the Wolverines’ traditional threads.

Michigan was the first football program to incorporate the Air Jordan brand into its uniform. Since then, other Nike schools have joined the movement.
The Wolverines love the simple yet slick new look, which complements the traditional uniform nicely.
Michigan opens up the season on Saturday, Aug. 31 against Middle Tennessee in Ann Arbor.
