Michigan announces date for 2022 spring game
Michigan is returning Jim Harbaugh with a new-look staff for 2022, and the Wolverines announced when fans can get a first glance at the new faces in action.
The 2021 season was a banner year for Harbaugh and Michigan. The Wolverines captured their first B1G East title and recorded the first B1G Championship Game win in program history.
Unfortunately, a busy offseason has turned over the coaching staff. Harbaugh announced his return to Ann Arbor after investigating a return to the NFL, but he lost DC Mike Macdonald to the Baltimore Ravens and OC Josh Gattis to Miami and head coach Mario Cristobal.
Even with the turnover and the loss of some key stars to the NFL Draft, Michigan stands to be in a good position heading into 2022. The Wolverines also announced the date for their spring game Thursday evening.
According to the Michigan football Twitter account, the spring game will be held Saturday, April 2. Kickoff time has yet to be announced.
Mark your calendars. 📆
