Michigan’s loaded 2016 class of defenders got another key piece.

The Wolverines landed four-star linebacker Devin Bush Jr., who chose Jim Harbaugh’s squad over Auburn and Florida State on Wednesday.

The Hollywood, Florida native committed to come to Ann Arbor despite the fact that his father starred at Florida State.

Bush became the third 2016 player from Flanagan High alone to commit to Michigan. Harbaugh also landed the likes of Devin Gil and Josh Metellus.

Bush is the 11th-rated inside linebacker and 241st-rated player overall in 247sports.com’s rankings. He’s is the top-rated linebacker in Michigan’s sixth-rated 2016 class.

The Wolverines could be landing another major commitment from the top running back in the 2016 class, Kareem Walker. The former Ohio State recruit will announce his decision on Thursday.

Michigan is the presumed favorite.
