Michigan has dismissed one of its cornerbacks following an arrest on Saturday.
Wednesday, Sam Webb of Michigan Insider reported that sophomore Nate Johnson was permanently dismissed from the team after being arrested in an alleged assault of a female student. The cornerback was arrested on Saturday and had been indefinitely suspended.

According to a report on MLive.com, Johnson was charged with one count of domestic assault but was later released on a personal recognizance bond. His pre-trial date is set for Oct. 11.
Johnson had transitioned from wide receiver to cornerback during the offseason but did not appear in any games for the Wolverines.
