The 2022 football schedule is set for Michigan football.

On Thursday, the program announced it has added its final non-conference game of the season, hosting UConn on Saturday, Sept. 17 in Ann Arbor. It will be just the third meeting between the two programs on the field. The two teams previously had a home-and-home series scheduled in 2010 and 2013.

Michigan won both games, defeating UConn 30-10 in 2010 in Ann Arbor. In 2013, the Wolverines squeaked by the Huskies with a 24-21 victory.

The addition of UConn gives Michigan three non-conference games for the 2022 season. The Wolverines will also host Colorado State (Sept. 3) and Hawaii (Sept. 10) prior to the matchup with the Huskies. All three games will be held in Ann Arbor.

Michigan now has complete schedules for the 2020, 2021 and 2022 seasons.
