Michigan expects to have eight members enroll early from 2020 class
The 2019 Early Signing Period took place in mid-December and many recruiting classes across the country were either finalized or nearly filled.
Each year, the Early Signing Period grows in popularity and usage for high school athletes. For Michigan’s 2020 class, of the 23 players who have already signed, eight of them are expected to enroll early and be on campus when the winter semester begins in Ann Arbor.

“All eight are enrolled, according to the University of Michigan online directory: defensive lineman Braiden McGregor, running back Blake Corum, linebacker Nikhai Hill-Green, offensive lineman Zak Zinter, safety Makari Paige, cornerback Andre Seldon, defensive lineman Aaron Lewis and viper William Mohan.”
There are many benefits of enrolling early at a program, but for those eight, they will be able to not only start school early, but also prepare for spring practice and take place in winter conditioning. Six of the signees even spent time with Michigan during its bowl practices leading up to the Citrus Bowl.
