Michigan fans had no regard for the instructions of the PA announcer following Saturday’s win at Maryland.

During Week 12, the Wolverines built a huge lead and hung on through a ferocious rally by the Terrapins. In the end, Michigan improved to 11-0 and notched the program’s 1,000th all-time win, the most in college football history.

Some of the Wolverine fanbase were amped up by the victory and were seen streaming onto the field after the win. However, the PA announcer can be heard audibly calling for “all fans” to leave the field.

Ross Dellenger with Yahoo Sports shared a video of the scene:

“We must have all fans off the field at this time, thank you. All fans off the field at this time,” the PA announcer repeated to no avail.

Of course, some fans were quick to chime in with regard to a team currently embroiled in an intensive sign-stealing investigation. Some on social media pointed out the Wolverines appear to have trouble following rules lately, including in this field-storming scene.
