Michigan is heading to Iowa to have a B1G Championship rematch. The team dropped a hype video that was narrated by Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning Kiero Small.
The Wolverines will be hoping for something similar to how the B1G title went in Indianapolis last season. Michigan claimed the B1G title after winning 42-3.
Some familiar faces that played in that game are still at Michigan. Blake Corum is looking like he could compete for the rushing yards title this year. Cade McNamara is no longer the starting quarterback, however. J.J. McCarthy will have his first career road start against Iowa.
Michigan is 43-15-4 in the series against Iowa, and will be looking to add another win to all-time totals. It won’t be an easy task, as Iowa has done well against AP Top 5 teams at Kinnick Stadium in the past.
The last time that this game was in Iowa City (2016), the Hawkeyes won a defensive battle 14-13.
This year’s game will be broadcasted at noon ET on FOX.
