It’s an emotional night at the Crisler Center. Michigan State has returned to the basketball court after the tragic shooting on the MSU campus.

Michigan and Michigan State are long-time rivals, especially in basketball, but U-M made sure to honor the “Spartan strong” spirit in multiple shows of solidarity.

Before tipoff, the Crisler Center was lit MSU green as there was a moment of silence for the shooting victims. Michigan’s pep band then played the MSU alma mater.

Michigan students were given a special shirt and held signs in support of their peers at MSU.

As far as the actual game, it’s 26-23 at the 7:34 mark of the first half. The game is airing on FOX.
