Michigan is off to the Sweet 16 with its thrilling upset win over No. 3-seed Tennessee. It’s the fifth-straight trip to the second weekend of the NCAA Tournament for the Wolverines. That puts U-M in an exclusive club.

Since 1985, Michigan is 1 of only 5 schools to make 5-straight trips to the Sweet 16. U-M is in the company of traditional blue bloods Duke, UNC and Kansas as well as a recent perennial contender Gonzaga. It goes to show just how hard it is to win multiple March Madness games.

Michigan will learn its Sweet 16 opponent Sunday. The Wolverines will face the winner of the Round of 32 game between No. 2-seed Villanova and No. 7-seed Ohio State.
