News broke Friday morning that Michigan junior wide receiver Tarik Black entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal:

Black has been a productive wide receiver at Michigan during his time in Ann Arbor. He played in 11 games in 2019 and over the course of his career, has caught 40 passes for 507 yards and two touchdowns.

Black was a 4-star prospect coming out of high school in the Class of 2017. The 6-foot-3, 215-pound pass-catcher had four catches for 80 yards and a touchdown in the 2019 season-opener against Middle Tennessee State.

Michigan finished the regular season at 9-3 overall and lost to Wisconsin, Penn State and Ohio State.
