Michigan lands commitment from top California RB prospect
The Michigan Wolverines landed their 13th commitment for the class of 2019 Sunday night.
Four-star RB Zach Charbonnet (Westlake Village, Ca.) committed to the Wolverines over offers from UCLA, USC, Washington and Wisconsin, among others. Charbonnet is ranked as the nation’s No. 15 RB and the state of California’s No. 36 overall prospect, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
Charbonnet was the Wolverines’ top priority at RB, and this is a big-time addition to the 2019 recruiting class. He visited Ann Arbor this weekend.
