Wolverines linebacker Nikhai Hill-Green knows his team has a lot more to give.

Despite being 4-0 going into the rest of conference play, Hill-Green wasn’t satisfied with his team’s level of play and knows that they’ll get it fixed for the rest of the season.

The Wolverines led 20-3 against Rutgers going into halftime before being shut out in the 2nd half. That allowed the Scarlet Knights to start their comeback as they got to within 7 during the 4th quarter.

Michigan’s defense ended up standing tall but the offense still needs to be able to continue to score, even when they have a big lead.

As for Hill-Green’s day, he finished with 8 total tackles (6 solo) as this was by far his best game of the year. Prior to this game, his best performance came in Week 1 against Western Michigan when he finished with 4 tackles (all solo).

The Wolverines will take on Wisconsin next Saturday night at 8 p.m. ET.
