1997 Heisman Trophy winner and 2018 College Football Hall of Fame inductee Charles Woodson will join FOX Sports and appear on BIG NOON KICKOFF, FOX NFL KICKOFF and FOX NFL SUNDAY.

His first appearance will come on Saturday, September 21, ahead of Michigan’s battle with Wisconsin at Camp Randall Stadium.

FOX Sports PR welcomed Woodson with a tweet:

Woodson starred for Michigan from 1995-97, excelling in all three phases of the game. Recording 16 interceptions, he also caught 21 passes for 370 yards and three scores. Averaging a robust 18.6 YPC, he added 167 yards rushing and two touchdowns on just nine attempts.

The Fremont, Ohio native remains the only primarily defensive player to win the Heisman Trophy.

Following a spectacular 18-year career in the National Football League, Woodson joined ESPN as an analyst in July 2016 and remained with the network until February 2019.

Both Michigan and Wisconsin are idle on Saturday ahead of September 21’s top-15 showdown (12:00PM ET, FOX).
