Michigan loses 3-star edge commit Ethan Burke to Big 12 school
The first signees of the 2022 recruiting class are starting to roll in.
For Michigan, its total number of commits just went down by one after losing linebacker Ethan Burke to Texas.
Burke flipped from the Wolverines to the Longhorns Wednesday morning, announcing his decision from his Twitter account.

Burke is listed as a 3-star recruit from Westlake High School in Austin, Texas, coming in at 6-foot-7, 225 pounds per the 247Sports Composite. He’s the 86th-ranked player in the talent-rich state of Texas and the 38th prospect at his position. Burke is rated as the 601st overall prospect in the class.
It’s still early on the 2022 early signing period, but we’re already off to a hot start with more to come.
