Michigan is No. 1. Maybe not in the Associated Press poll, but when it comes to student-athlete experience, there is no better B1G school than the one in Ann Arbor.

According to a survey by Next College Student Athletes (NCSA), Michigan ranks as the best B1G school for football student-athletes. Next College Student Athletes revealed its power rankings for the conference, and nobody could top the Wolverines.

According to the report, the power rankings are determined by a variety of different factors. From NCSA:

NCSA Power Rankings are based on proprietary analysis of NCSA Favorites data obtained from the college search activity of the over 2 million student-athletes on the NCSA recruiting network, general academic rankings by U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges, IPEDS graduation rates and IPEDS average cost after aid.

Nationally, Michigan ranked No. 5. Stanford (No. 1), UCLA (No. 2), North Carolina (No. 3) and Florida (No. 4) made up the rest of the top five. No other B1G team cracked the top 10.

Wisconsin and Ohio State came it at No. 18 and No. 19, respectively. Illinois was at No. 22 and Northwestern round out the top 25.
