Michigan has opened up as a sizeable favorite against in-state rival Michigan State for Saturday’s matchup in Ann Arbor.
SportsLine.com has the Wolverines pegged as a 12.5-point favorite. Michigan is coming out of a bye week while the Spartans are fresh off a 17-10 win over Iowa.

Michigan enters Saturday’s B1G contest with a 4-0 record while Michigan State sits at 3-1. Both teams are 1-0 in conference play.
The Wolverines own the all-time series record with a 69-35-3 mark and won last year’s matchup 32-23 in East Lansing. But the Spartans have been dominant in the rivalry over the past decade, winning seven of the last nine meetings.
Saturday’s game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and will air on ABC.
