Michigan planning special flyover after national anthem of home opener
Michigan has special pre-game plans before kicking off against Western Michigan in the home opener on Saturday.
Wednesday morning, Michigan announced that there will be a stadium flyover, featuring two A-10 Warthogs from the 107th Fighter Squadron of the 127th Wing at Selfrdige Air National Guard Base, Michigan. The special flyover will commence following the national anthem.

The pre-game flyover is nothing new for Michigan, who tends to have a special pre-game experience early in the year on a regular basis. Last fall, there was a parachute landing inside Michigan Stadium ahead of a game with Air Force in September.
Saturday will serve as the home opener for the Wolverines, beginning the 2018 campaign in South Bend against Notre Dame. Michigan hosts Western Michigan this weekend.
Fans will want to get there early to catch the flyover.
