A trio of Michigan players has decided to head for the transfer portal Thursday morning.

According to Angelique Chengelis with The Detriot News, backup QB Dan Villari is in the portal, along with a pair of defensive backs in Andre Seldon and George Johnson. Villari rushed for 35 yards and completed 1 pass while Johnson posted 1 tackle. Seldon did not have any stats this season.

Villari joined Michigan via the 2020 recruiting class as a 3-star prospect out of New York. He has been down Michigan’s depth chart with Cade McNamara starting and true freshman JJ McCarthy playing as a backup in 2021.
