Michigan RB Blake Corum provides update on ankle injury heading into Orange Bowl matchup vs. Georgia
With the Orange Bowl coming up on Friday, both Michigan and Georgia are going to need all the help they can get.
For the Wolverines, one of their key players could be finally getting back to 100%. Blake Corum talked about where he is in his recovery from his ankle injury he suffered in the Indiana game back in Week 10, per Dennis Dodd of CBS Sports.
Blake Corum: “I feel great. My ankle is back. I feel like I have my burst.” If that was BC rehabbing vs. tOSU and Iowa, Georgia has an issue.

Corum’s injury held him out of the following games against Penn State and Maryland, but he returned for Ohio State and played in the B1G Championship Game. In those two games, Corum rushed for 161 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries. If that’s not full strength, Georgia had better be careful.
He has 939 yards rushing with 12 total touchdowns in the 2021 season.
No. 2 Michigan (12-1) and No. 3 Georgia (12-1) meet at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida on New Year’s Eve at 7:30 p.m. ET.
