Michigan is traveling to face Northwestern for its Week 5 matchup and the Wolverines got stopped on its first drive, then allowing a TD on the Wildcats’ opening possession.

Part of the struggle the Wolverines may have throughout the game is running the football consistently:

Evans, who missed last week with an undisclosed injury, is out again. Michigan was “hopeful” he would return for the game against the Wildcats, but weren’t able to trot him out.

After attempting just 2 carries in his first game this season, Evans racked up 28 carries for 171 yards and 2 TD in the next 2 games combined. Evans is second on the team in rushing, behind Karan Higdon.

The Michigan-Northwestern game can be watched on FOX.
