Michigan RB Hassan Haskins shows off incredible strength on impressive run
The battle for the George Jewett Trophy is underway between the Northwestern Wildcat and the No. 6 Michigan Wolverines. Both teams look to overpower each other through both sides of the ball.
Michigan is already overpowering Northwestern through their tenacious run game. Late in the first quarter, Michigan ran a normal dive run up the middle where running back Hassan Haskins was met behind a thick wall of Northwestern defenders two yards past the line of scrimmage.
Haskins remained on his feet as he tried to get some push for more yardage. With the help of the Michigan offensive line, Haskins total 19 yards on his run where he refused to be tackled.
