Michigan running back duo earn Play of the Week honors for long TD runs
No. 5 Michigan had such a huge 41-17 win at home over No. 10 Penn State that the B1G Network had no one, but two plays of the game. The B1G Network named Donovan Edwards’ 67-yard touchdown run and Blake Corum’s 61-yard run, both in the 3rd quarter, as the plays of the game.

Edwards’ first touchdown run gave Michigan back the lead at 24-17 while Corum’s second touchdown run extended the Wolverines’ lead to 31-17.
Edwards would finish the game rushing for 173 yards and 2 touchdowns on 16 carries, while Corum rushed for 166 yards and 2 touchdowns on 28 carries. The Wolverines finished the game with 418 rushing yards and 4 rushing touchdowns on 55 carries.
Michigan accumulated 563 total yards, while the defense dominated Penn State by holding the offense to 268 total yards.
