He’ll choose between seven finalists: Oklahoma, LSU, Georgia, Oregon, Michigan, Alabama and USC.

As of press time, the Sooners seem to be the favorite to land his verbal next week. Six different experts have projected him to pick OU via 247Sports’ crystal ball.

According to 247Sports Composite rankings, Brown is the No. 3 running back and No. 25 overall player for the class of 2022.

Listed at 5-foot-8, 185 pounds, Brown attends Mater Dei High School in southern California. Mater Dei is one of the premier talent hubs in the country.

Michigan’s running back situation is not ideal, as the Wolverines are only expected to return two scholarship players at that position in 2021. However, Michigan is also adding 4-star running back Donovan Edwards in the class of 2021.

His announcement will come just a couple days after National Signing Day for the class of 2021, which is on Feb. 3. The Wolverines currently have the No. 11 class in the country and the No. 2 class in the Big Ten according to 247Sports Composite rankings.
