Naz Hillmon has decided to throw her name into the 2022 WNBA Draft. The Michigan forward is calling it on her collegiate career.

Hillmon lead the team in scoring, averaging 21 points (4th in B1G), 9.6 rebounds (4th in B1G), and 2.1 assists per game this past season for the Wolverines. She helped lead the Wolverines to the Elite 8 before they would end up losing to 1-seed Louisville 62-50 on Monday. Michigan finished the regular season with a 25-7 record, which was the 3rd best in the B1G.

Hillmon announced the news from her Twitter account on Thursday. Here is what she had to say to Michigan fans:

“I would not be where I am today without my teammates and coaches who have helped me over the years,” said Hillmon. “And to the most amazing fans on God’s green earth. Thank you for your love and support. As I move forward into the next chapter of my life, I look forward to bringing all of you with me. With that being said, I am humbled to announce that I have entered my name into the WNBA Draft. I am forever thankful for the opportunities that I have had, the people I have met and the lifelong experience that Michigan has afforded to me!”

The 2022 WNBA Draft will be on Apr. 11 at Spring Studios in New York City on ESPN at 7 p.m. ET.
