Perry pleaded guilty to one count of resisting a police officer and one count of assault and battery in July. He was sentenced to 12 months of probation on Aug. 4.
During his probation, Perry is prohibited from consuming alcohol, must stay away from establishments that sell alcohol and must complete 60 hours of community service.
Perry missed the final two games of the regular season last year, as well as the Orange Bowl. He caught 13 passes for 183 yards and a touchdown last season.
Heading into 2017, Perry is expected to be one of the top receivers for the Wolverines.
