Carol Hutchins is back on top of the NCAA’s all-time list for wins as a softball head coach!
On Friday, Michigan defeated Northern Kentucky during the Duke Inviitational by the score of 3-0. It goes down as win No. 1,675 for Hutchins, pushing her past former Arizona head coach Mike Candrea.

Hutchins previously captured the all-time wins record in 2016. Candrea eventually took over the top spot during the 2020 season but retired following the 2021 season. Now, Hutchins is back on top of the record books.
