New information has been released about the 2020 basketball matchup between Michigan and Kentucky in London next December.

The Basketball Hall of Fame, which is hosting the event, announced that the game between the Wolverines and Wildcats will now be held on Dec. 6, one day later than previously scheduled. Tip-off for the game is set for 6 p.m. London time.

It will be the second of two games in the London Showcase — the name of the event. At 3 p.m. London time, Marist and Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) will go head-to-head.

Tickets for the event will go on sale to the general public on Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. London time.

The meeting in London between Michigan and Kentucky is part of a three-game series between the two programs. In 2021, the two teams will meet in Ann Arbor and the following year the Wolverines and Wildcats will close out the series in Lexington.
