Nico Collins, former Michigan WR, has status announced for TNF by Houston Texans
Nico Collins has been on a tear in recent weeks. Collins’ status was reported on by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Collins was drafted by the Houston Texans in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Through six games played, he has 305 yards receiving.
Schefter reported that Collins is going to be out for Thursday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Eagles’ wideout Brandin Cooks is questionable heading into the game.

It will be a game of two franchises trending in two completely different directions. The Texans are 1-5-1, while the Eagles have yet to lose a game yet and are 7-0. The Texans are coming off of a 17-10 loss to the Tennessee Titans last Sunday.
Collins was at Michigan from 2017-2019 and chose to opt out of the 2020 season. He played in 29 total games for the Wolverines.
