Looking to avoid starting 1-3 for the first time since 1967, yes, not even during the Rich Rodriguez Era, the Michigan Wolverines had a tough task when they welcomed in the No. 13 Wisconsin Badgers on Saturday night.

After forcing a Wisconsin punt on the game’s opening drive, redshirt sophomore quarterback Joe Milton was intercepted on each of his first two pass attempts, allowing the Badgers to jump out to a 14-0 first-quarter lead.

Following the second interception, which was recorded by sophomore linebacker Leo Chenal, the ABC cameras panned to a familiar face in the stands.

That fan, whose name is Chris Baldwin, became a popular meme after the classic “Trouble with the snap” ending in the 2015 loss to the Michigan State Spartans.

Despite the unfortunate memory his “surrender cobra” pose is referencing, he was chosen to be one of the cardboard cutouts in the Michigan Stadium stands.

Wisconsin has added two more touchdown runs in the second quarter, one from one yard by redshirt senior Mason Stokke and the other from 10 yards by redshirt sophomore Nakia Watson, to extend their lead to 28-0.

Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit are on the call for this primetime showdown.
