Pat McAfee and David Pollack discussed what Jim Harbaugh has done for the identity of Michigan football on College GameDay. Harbaugh has Michigan undefeated and with a chance to compete for a national title.

McAfee noted how Harbaugh has adjusted around young people and matured.

Harbaugh has done things his own way and it’s paying dividends. Pollack noted how much has changed, but for the better since Harbaugh took over.

In the past two seasons, the Wolverines have won back-to-back B1G titles and appeared in the College Football Playoff. Harbaugh is looking like a great hire in regards to the Michigan football program.

Michigan still has not won a Playoff game, however. The Wolverines can avenge last season’s loss to Georgia against TCU on Saturday.

Kickoff from the Fiesta Bowl will be at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN.
