Report: Duke MBB transfer Joey Baker is considering this B1G school
Former Duke forward Joey Baker hit the transfer portal in May, and is already leaning towards a few schools. A B1G team is reportedly going to be 1 of the teams he will be considering per Andrew Kahn of Mlive.
Baker will be considering Michigan from the B1G. He spent the last 4 years in Durham, averaging 4.5 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 0.4 assists last season. Baker also shot 77.8% from the free-throw line. A source told Mlive that Baker could be going to Ann Arbor when it’s all said and done.
At 6-foot-6, Baker brings some height into whichever school he chooses. The Wolverines could use Baker’s talents after Brandon Johns announced his decision to transfer to VCU in April.
Will Baker end up in Ann Arbor? Only time will tell.
