The staff changes in Michigan are continuing.

On Tuesday, Matt Zenitz of AL.com reported that Michigan is expected to hire Tennessee-Martin defensive line coach Ryan Osborn as a defensive analyst. He has experience working on major college football staffs, having worked at Florida and Mississippi State in the SEC.

While at UT-Martin, Osborn was also the run game coordinator and co-special teams coordinator. While at Florida and Mississippi State, he worked as a defensive graduate assistant.

Michigan has continued to make staff changes throughout the offseason as Jim Harbaugh returns for his seventh season in Ann Arbor. The Wolverines are looking to be a contender in the B1G East and get Harbaugh’s first win over Ohio State since taking the job at U-M.

Last season, Michigan endured one of the worst on-field seasons of the Harbaugh era, finishing with a 2-4 record. Those two victories came against Minnesota and Rutgers.
