Up-and-coming coach who has worked at Florida and Mississippi State. Georgia had been another possibility for him as a landing spot but he'll instead be headed to Michigan.

Michigan has continued to make staff changes throughout the offseason as Jim Harbaugh returns for his seventh season in Ann Arbor. The Wolverines are looking to be a contender in the B1G East and get Harbaugh’s first win over Ohio State since taking the job at U-M.
Last season, Michigan endured one of the worst on-field seasons of the Harbaugh era, finishing with a 2-4 record. Those two victories came against Minnesota and Rutgers.
