Jalen Rose is calling his shot.

The Michigan graduate and former NBA star has made a bold prediction about the 2020 college football season. Rose is picking Michigan to upset Ohio State this season, snapping an eight-game losing streak to the Buckeyes.

Rose made the bold prediction on ESPN’s Get Up on Wednesday, the same day the B1G released the revised 10-game, conference-only schedule.

“I said it. Save the footage!” Rose exclaimed on the show. “Michigan will beat the Buckeyes in football this year!”

Michigan has fallen short against Ohio State in eight-straight seasons and has dropped 15 of the last 16 contests to the Buckeyes. With the Wolverines having to replace so much on both sides of the ball and travel to Columbus, defeating OSU will be an incredible task.

But, anything is possible.

“The Game” will not be played at the end of the regular season, however. Instead, the B1G moved the annual rivalry bout to Oct. 24, hoping to ensure one of the sport’s best rivalry games is played this fall.

It’s the first time since 1942 Michigan and Ohio State didn’t close out the B1G season.
