It looked like Michigan was going to be shutout going into halftime, but it wasn’t meant to be. Quarterback Cade McNamara hit receiver Cornelius Johnson for a 46-yard touchdown pass to trim Rutgers’ lead to 17-7.

It looked like a busted coverage for Rutgers on that play as there was absolutely no one around Johnson when he caught the ball.
For this game so far with the touchdown, Johnson has three receptions for 86 yards. Coming into this game, he had nine receptions for 134 yards and a touchdown. The touchdown came against Indiana a couple of weeks ago.
As for McNamara, he replaced starting quarterback Joe Milton, who ended up being benched for his poor play. McNamara went 10-of-12 in the first half with 113 yards passing after Milton went just 5-of-12 for 89 yards.
The game is currently being televised by FOX.
