Stanford Steve shared his pick for the national championship game on Sunday.

The College GameDay analyst is going with Michigan to beat Washington in the title game. Stanford Steve said his primary pick for the game is Michigan’s money line (-192 at DraftKings as of publication).

“I like Michigan money line,” Stanford Steve said. “I like Michigan. I think the depth of the defense will make Washington one-dimensional. And when I think you know that Washington has to throw the ball, it’s a different animal than when they’re able to mix in the run.”

He also said he expects Michigan to play a cleaner game than what it managed against Alabama in the semifinals.

“I think Michigan comes out and is a lot sharper than they were in the Rose Bow,” he added.

Here’s video of Stanford Steve’s analysis:

Michigan is favored by 4.5 points over Washington. The Wolverines have been favored in every game they’ve played in this season.

Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on Monday evening.
