'There's a bounce in the step': Jim Harbaugh says Michigan locked in to Ohio State
The biggest game of the year is on the horizon. With Michigan out of the B1G East race and all but eliminated from the College Football Playoff picture, a win over Ohio State on Saturday would be an incredible highlight to another 10-win season under Jim Harbaugh.
Heading into Saturday’s matchup, the Wolverines are locked in and ready to take on the No. 1 team in the country, hoping to spoil the Buckeyes’ hopes of a national championship season. And while Harbaugh understands just how good this Ohio State team is, he says his team is ready for the challenge.
“There’s a bounce in the step as you walk through the hallways of Schembechler Hall and we’re looking forward to seeing that on the practice field,” Harbaugh told Brad Galli of WXYZ Detroit.
Michigan is looking to end a losing streak in the rivalry series that dates back to 2012, dropping the last seven contests. The Wolverines have also lost 14 of the last 15 meetings.
Below is Harbaugh’s full interview with Galli, previewing Saturday’s matchup.
