Tom Brady agrees to buy ownership stake with Las Vegas Raiders

Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis and former Michigan quarterback and NFL legend Tom Brady reportedly came to an agreement Monday for Brady to join the Raiders’ ownership group, pending NFL approval.
Brady needs no introduction. The former Patriots and Bucs great retired at the end of last season after 23 seasons and is now set to become the 3rd former player to own a franchise, joining George Halas and Jerry Richardson.
ESPN spoke to Davis immediately following the news Monday.
“We’re excited for Tom to join the Raiders,” Davis told ESPN. “and it’s exciting because he will be just the third player in the history of the National Football League to become an owner.”
