The NFL season kicked off Thursday night, and the action between Tampa Bay and Dallas was incredible all game long.

Dallas fell behind but would come back from a 28-19 deficit to take a 29-28 lead with a minute and a half remaining. Unfortunately for the Cowboys, that left more than enough time for Tom Brady and the Buccaneers. He marched the offense into field goal range where Ryan Succop hit a game-winner to make it 31-29, Tampa Bay.

The story from the NFL opener was the quarterback play on both sides of the ball from Brady and Dak Prescott. The two combined for impressive numbers in the back-and-forth battle.

Prescott, appearing in his first regular-season game since a devastating injury last year, went 42-for-58 throwing the ball with 403 yards and 3 TDs. He did throw an interception but was only sacked one time in the game.

For Brady, he completed 32-of-50 passes for 379 yards and 4 TDs. Brady did throw 2 interceptions, but he also threw for 90+  yards each to Rob Gronkowski, Chris Godwin, and Antonio Brown.

Brady – forever the ageless wonder – looked in top form once again, and the defending Super Bowl champs will be a tough out again this season.
