The book will provide athletes with an inside look at Brady’s training regimen, workout plans and lifestyle that have helped him maintain such a high level of success. It’s been labeled as the “athlete’s bible” and will provide methods for strength training, nutrition, supplementation and cognitive fitness.
Brady released a cookbook back in 2016 – at the absurd cost of $200 – but his latest book will provide a more in-depth analysis of his lifestyle and training and will provide future athletes with helpful tips for success.
Regardless of cost, it might be a necessary purchase for athletes. I mean, the guy does have five Super Bowl rings and four Super Bowl MVP awards to his name.
