The New Jersey native originally gave his verbal commitment to Ohio State in the middle of the 2015 national championship game. But following a visit to Ann Arbor for the Northwestern game, Walker announced his decision to open up his recruitment.

He took official visits to all five schools he’s considering, most recently to Arizona State. According to 247sports.com’s crystal ball, 71 percent of the 24 recruiting experts think Walker will end up at Michigan.

Jim Harbaugh and his staff would get a major add if Walker elects to join the Wolverines. Michigan already boasts the No. 7 2016 class in the country, and is only behind Ohio State in the B1G.

Walker would be the highest rated skill player Harbaugh landed since coming to Ann Arbor last year.

Michigan will look to end the season with a victory against Florida in the Citrus Bowl on Jan. 1.
