Week 6 of the college football season is here and Michigan is hosting Maryland in a Big Ten clash.

The game can be seen on ABC and the Wolverines-Terrapins matchup got delayed a bit due to weather. Once the game started, however, the teams were ready to go.

More accurately, Michigan fullback Ben Mason was ready to go.

Here’s what he did on the second play of the game:

Yep, Mason was ready for action. He showed his athleticism while hurdling over a defender and getting the Michigan offense rolling. The Wolverines didn’t capitalize on Mason’s play, however, as the team’s first possession led to a punt.

Mason’s first career catch may not have led to points, but it’ll get defenders thinking the next time he touches the ball.

Near the end of the first quarter, the game is still scoreless.
