And, it took a while. But eventually, the Wolverines did what they were supposed to. Through one quarter, the game was actually tied 7-7.

By the end, it was 42-7.

Against Rutgers, Shea Patterson completed 18-of-27 passes for 260 yards and 3 TD. As a team, Michigan ran for 193 yards and another 3 scores.

As long as Jim Harbaugh and his Wolverines continue to win, they will likely be in the College Football Playoff’s Top 4 and will undoubtedly be in the Big Ten Championship. The only thing potentially stopping the Wolverines at this point is No. 10 Ohio State.
