Zinter is a key cog on the Wolverines’ offensive line and earned All-B1G selections in 2021 and 2022. The Wolverines’ offensive line won the Joe Moore Award in 2021 and 2022, becoming the 1st school to win the award back-to-back. Zinter has also been an Academic All-American and a two-time letterman.
The Wolverines finished the 2022 season with the 5th-best rushing attack in the nation, thanks in large part to a dominating offensive line. The Wolverines averaged 238.93 rushing yards per game and RB Blake Corum was a borderline-Heisman candidate before getting injured.
Returning Zinter will help the Wolverines maintain a dominant ground game in 2023.
