The offense for No. 17 Michigan State looks to continue their impressive start to the 2021 season behind their explosive playmakers.

Sophomore running back Kenneth Walker III leads the nation in rushing yards accounted for this season with 680. Junior wide receiver Jayden Reed leads the nation in all-purpose yards accounted for with 883.

Walker has rushed for 680 yards and eight touchdowns on 100 carries in five games this season for Michigan State. Reed has caught 20 receptions for 463 yards and five touchdowns. He is fifth in the nation in average yards per reception (23.1 yards).

Reed has returned for six kickoffs for 184 yards and returned five punts for 198 yards and two touchdowns this season.

Out of all the teams in the B1G, Ohio State and Michigan State have the most explosive offensive players in the nation. Michigan State’s offense ranks 19th in the nation in points per game (37.8) and 23rd in total yards accounted for (466.6).
