College football world remembers anniversary of Michigan State's wild walk-off win vs. Michigan from 2015
College football is made up of many memorable dates and spectacular finishes. Oct. 17, 2015 produced one of the wildest in history.
In his debut season with the Wolverines, Jim Harbaugh had guided Michigan to a No. 12 ranking as the team prepared to welcome Michigan State’s archrival and the No. 7 Spartans to the Big House. For much of that matchup, Michigan led.
Then, with 10 seconds remaining, Michigan lined up for a 4th-down play. All the Wolverines seemingly had to do was complete a clean punt and the clock would run out on the win.
But then… “He has trouble with the snap!” Jalen Watts-Jackson would recover the muffed snap and return it for a walk-off touchdown for Michigan State in Ann Arbor.
