Any notion that Mark Dantonio lacks personality should be out the window by now.

Last week, he slyly called his shot in the B1G Championship. After he won the B1G Championship, he dabbed like crazy. And following that postgame celebration, Dantonio delivered another outgoing moment.

Former Michigan State quarterback Kirk Cousins was responsible forĀ one of the vines of the year when following a comeback win for his Washington Redskins, he had this to say to the media:

Like Cousins, Dantonio was feeling pretty good after his Spartans fended off Iowa to clinch a spot in the College Football Playoff.

So what did Dantonio text his former quarterback?

Of course he did.

For Michigan State, there’s plenty to like right now.

The Spartans will be the underdogs for their Cotton Bowl matchup against Alabama, which boasts Heisman Trophy candidate Derrick Henry. Fittingly, Henry already provided MSU with the “chip-on-the-shoulder” motivation it’ll likely use in preparingĀ for the Crimson Tide.

Needless to say, Cousins’ catchphrase would be said by plenty of MSU fans if the Spartans were to knock off Alabama.
